Additionally, the Logistics Analyst will be responsible for reconciling daily statements.
QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WOULD BE EXPECTED TO:
Work with appropriate team members to create disposal reports.
Process and reconcile transactions of complex nature.
Ensure timely and accurate data is gathered and sent to jurisdictions.
Perform audits on collected data.
Effectively reconcile disposal reports.
Proficient knowledge of Excel, Formulas, Pivot Tables Maintain appropriate reports, data, and files Effectively resolve reconciliation discrepancies Maintain excellent relationships with vendors and ensure all systems are updated with vendor information and files.
Assist in improving and keeping all contract required reports to date.
Perform report audits on collected data.
Stay current with industry trends to be a source of accounting subject matter expertise for the Team, company, vendors, and clients.
Adhere to corporate standards and procedures in clerical reconciliation activities.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
This is a full-time position with a benefits package.
Hourly rate will be determined based on experience and training of the candidate.
Schedule will be Monday through Friday.
