Responsibilities:
Create and maintain Bills Of Materials in an ERP/MRP System Make drawing revisions and process engineering change notices.
Assist in ongoing projects to standardize and unify design document standards by participating in meetings and preparing presentation materials as necessary Use Solid-Works to develop 2D drawings of design specifications for mechanical equipment and components.
Analyze design documents and plans to verify dimensions and materials and coordinate with engineers to resolve any errors Collaborate with engineers and production technicians as necessary to identify design problems and develop effective solutions Provide support to the engineering team as needed by creating assembly and technical drawings Skills and
Qualifications:
Associate degree in drafting or engineering 5
years of relevant experience Experience maintaining Bills Of Material in an ERP/MRP System Proficient with Solid-Works Excellent technical communication skills with engineers and manufacturing personnel Strong attention to detail Able to work within strict deadlines Solid understanding of electrical and hydraulic circuits Accurate, organized and able to work with minimal supervision Capable of making schematics and models of individual components as well as complete machine assembly drawings Job Type:
