Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Nursing Manager to join our rapidly growing Emergency Department (ED) team! Comprised of over 200 professionals, our recently expanded and redesigned ED includes 12 new beds, a new rapid assessment and special care unit, a red zone and an expanded and centralized imaging department near the EDOperating this 78
bed department, your unit will care for an average of 230 patients daily, ranging from moderate to high acuity.If you are eager to develop and lead a collaborative and dynamic team, foster relationships with professionals across the system, and lead exceptional patient care, then this is the role for you!
Qualifications:
o High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate requiredo Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) OR other healthcare related Bachelor's Degree preferredo Demonstrated expertise in Emergency Department and leadership ability requiredo 3 years of relevant experience in the healthcare industry or a healthcare setting required (preferably in Emergency)o Previous leadership experience in the healthcare industry or a healthcare setting required (preferably in Emergency)o BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) requiredo RN - Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California requiredDisclaimers:
